Production Graphic Designer for Photo Retouching and Diverse Design Projects

We are a fast-growing print-on-demand e-commerce company specializing in custom face socks and novelty designs. We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Production Graphic Designer to support our creative workflow, especially during peak production periods.

Primary Responsibilities
    •    Retouch and approve customer-submitted photos for production, ensuring quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
    •    Perform light photo editing and enhancements to prep images for printing on socks.
    •    Design promotional assets such as banners, email graphics, and social media ads.
    •    Create sock design patterns, product mockups, and icons based on seasonal trends or creative briefs.
    •    Follow established brand guidelines and adapt them across various media and formats.
    •    Support broader graphic design needs during slower periods, including:
    •    Email marketing templates
    •    Web graphics (e.g., Shopify banners, badges)
    •    Seasonal collections and campaign assets

Requirements
    •    Must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours (flexibility within 6AM–5PM PST preferred).
    •    Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with AI tools for design (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) is a bonus.
    •    A keen eye for detail and proven experience with photo retouching and image cleanup.
    •    Ability to manage tasks with consistency and speed, especially during high-volume order periods.
    •    Comfortable interpreting creative direction and self-managing deadlines.
    •    Must be reliable, communicative, and proactive with feedback loops.
    •    Must have access to high speed internet and a mid to high level computer for AI plugins and remote database access.

    •    Experience with e-commerce or print-on-demand workflows
    •    Knowledge of Shopify theme customization or Klaviyo/Yotpo email editors
    •    Animation/GIF creation for email or web assets
