Professional Powerpoint Presentation Layout and Design Enhancement

I am seeking a skilled professional to significantly improve the layout and overall design of my existing PowerPoint presentation. I currently have a presentation built using the internal corporate  template, but I find the slides lack a professional and polished appearance, particularly in terms of visual organization and layout. The goal is to transform these slides into a highly professional and visually engaging presentation, maintaining the corporate style. The freelancer will be responsible for enhancing the visual hierarchy, ensuring consistent branding elements from the template are effectively applied, improving readability, and creating a cohesive and impactful visual flow throughout the presentation. This project requires a keen eye for detail and expertise in presentation design principles to elevate the quality of the slides.

I'm based in Rio de Janeiro, in the South Zone, and a professional who can come on-site at least fo the explanations would be great.
