Professional Typesetting and Print-Ready Design for Reflective Nonfiction Monologue Book

We are seeking a highly skilled typesetting professional to handle the interior layout and design of an 180-page nonfiction discipline book. The book is written as a direct, reflective monologue, characterized by intentional pacing shifts, emotional rhythm, and non-linear transitions, rather than a conventional chapter structure. The content serves both educational and inspirational purposes.

The primary goal is to create a print-ready interior layout that faithfully preserves the unique cadence of the writing and guides the reader smoothly through each narrative pivot. The final output is exclusively for print, requiring impeccable translation to press.

Specific design requirements include:
- Font: Minion 3, size 11.5
- Thoughtful hierarchy
- Elegant white space
- Subtle ornaments that complement, but never overshadow, the narrative flow.

Additionally, we will provide the book cover and dust jacket concepts, content, and specific design elements, which also need to be made print-ready.

Deliverables:
- Fully typeset, print-ready PDF (including bleed and trim)
- Packaged source files (preferably InDesign or an equivalent professional tool)
- Print-ready design files for the book cover and dust jacket.

Acceptance Criteria:
- The rhythm of the text must remain undisturbed.
- Page breaks should feel intentional.
- Section transitions must be visually cued yet avoid being formulaic.
