Tengo un sistema escolar creado en php y necesito hacer una modificación para un reporte de materias completadas y por completar del alumno.

Tipo una tabla de excel con alumnos en columnas y ,materias en celdas. Que al cambiar la calificación como aprobado nos arroje una marca de completo.

Y se pueda visualizar como un todo con alumnos que completaron ciertas materias y las que le faltan a lo largo de su carrera.
