Programming of a Cors protocol in Delphi

I made a program in Delphi 10.4 and I need to add code to it so that a NetHTTPClient.Post submission complies with the CORS (Cross-Origin) code. I need to send a list of strings (a TStringList) and the Post is working but apparently, the receiving side does not "read" the data because I'm not using the CORS code needed to establish the Access-Control-Allow-Origin, Access-Control-Allow-Headers, and Access-Control-Allow-Methods. I'm not a professional programmer.
I suppose that my program only needs a few more lines to accomplish its pourpose.
