Preciso que seja feito uma biblioteca para quebra de um formato de captcha em específico.... A taxa de acerto, de preferência, tem de ser 60% ou superior.

A biblioteca, de preferência em C++, pois minha solução trabalha em cima do C# (ASP.NET), e assim a integração é mais simples, mas se tiver alguma solução que seja de fácil integração também não há problema algum.
