PulseBoard is a minimalist productivity analytics SaaS built to help small teams and individual professionals understand how they spend their time — not through guilt or micromanagement, but through awareness and balance. The platform combines focus tracking, daily journaling, and lightweight analytics to create a visual “pulse” of each workday. Users can log their focus sessions, track which tools or applications they used most, and register mood entries that reflect their emotional state throughout the day. PulseBoard then aggregates that data into clean, intuitive dashboards — revealing correlations between focus, habits, and well-being. Core Features: Dashboard Overview: Displays daily focus score, hours worked, and mood trends. Focus Analytics: Interactive charts showing productivity levels by hour and most-used apps or tools. Mood Tracker: Simple interface for logging emotions and energy levels through the day. Team Insights (optional MVP+): View anonymized team focus averages and engagement charts. Responsive UI: Built with TailwindCSS, dark/light themes, and subtle micro-interactions using Framer Motion. Tech Stack: Frontend: Vite + React + TailwindCSS + Framer Motion. Backend: Fastify + Prisma + SQLite. ORM: Prisma (with automatic migrations). Build Tools: pnpm (monorepo setup with apps/frontend and apps/backend). Deployment Ready: Dockerfile for quick containerization and local setup. Vision: PulseBoard isn’t about productivity for productivity’s sake. It’s a reflection tool — an aesthetic, data-driven mirror for your digital habits. By merging analytics with emotional awareness, it aims to help users craft a healthier relationship with their own focus.
