We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional based in Mexico who can manage administrative tasks and transaction coordination remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client files and real estate transactions within our CRM system. Coordinate all aspects of the transaction process, from contract to closing. Liaise with real estate agents, clients, escrow agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction. Prepare and distribute marketing materials and correspondence. Schedule and confirm appointments, open houses, and final inspections. Assist with the creation and management of listings, including data entry and maintenance on various real estate platforms.
