Real Estate Crm (Inmovilla) to Wordpress Integration and Ai Chatbot Development

We are seeking a skilled developer or automation expert to implement two key solutions for a real estate business.

The first part of the project involves creating an automation to seamlessly integrate the Inmovilla CRM with the existing WordPress website. This integration must ensure that all property data, including new listings and updates to existing properties, is accurately and efficiently synchronized from the CRM to the website. The solution should handle data mapping, ensure data consistency, and include robust error handling.

The second part of the project focuses on developing a WhatsApp and voice chatbot. This chatbot will be designed to handle various inquiries from potential leads, providing instant responses and qualifying leads effectively. The chatbot should integrate with WhatsApp for messaging and incorporate voice recognition capabilities to manage voice interactions as well as voice calls. Key functionalities include answering frequently asked questions about properties, collecting lead information, showing properties that match user's interests for renting or buying, and directing more complex queries to human agents when necessary.
