Synopsis: Realm Shifters transports readers to an alternate reality in the year 2016, where magic and modern technology coexist in a setting with medieval aesthetics. The story follows Ethan Carter, a young man with the unique ability to absorb spells and channel them through magical artifacts. Ethan, with roots in the United States and Panama, joins a group of allies to protect his home and uncover the secrets of his lineage. In a world where magic, legendary creatures, and criminal syndicates coexist, Ethan and his team will face challenges, uncover hidden truths, and confront powerful adversaries. The plot thickens when a close friend is revealed as an antagonist, threatening the city and leading the team into a moral dilemma. Illustration Style: The style combines the traditional aesthetics of manga with medieval visual elements, maintaining the feeling of a contemporary world. Characters will be drawn in a classic manga style, while environments and technology will reflect a harmony between the ancient and the modern. Manga Structure: The manga will consist of 37 pages, each meticulously designed to capture the reader's attention. A mix of large and small panels will be employed to highlight the most significant moments of the story. Budget and Compensation: An initial budget of $20 is offered, with the possibility of participation in future profits in the event of commercial success. A long-term collaboration is sought, with the opportunity to increase compensation as the project grows. Copyrights: The illustrator will receive appropriate recognition for their work and will be credited in all publications and distributions of the manga. Non-exclusive rights will be granted for the use of illustrations in their personal portfolio and other non-commercial purposes. Timeline and Additional Requests: The deadline for the completion of illustrations will be one month from the agreed start date. Preliminary sketches and character designs are requested, acknowledging that this is an additional request and appreciating any extra effort from the illustrator.
