We are seeking a talented graphic designer to develop a complete visual identity for a Catholic parish located in the United States.
Our parish is composed of two distinct churches, and the new visual identity must be applicable and consistent across both locations. The goal of this project is to create a cohesive brand that represents the deep values and traditions of our community, while simultaneously conveying a modern, fresh, and welcoming image.
Scope of Work:
The chosen designer will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive brand package, which must be adaptable for both digital and printed communications. The deliverables include:
Logo Design: Creation of a primary logo and its variations (horizontal, vertical, monochrome, simplified versions for social media, etc.).
Color Palette: Definition of primary and secondary colors.
Typography: Selection of complementary fonts for headings and body text.
Graphic Elements: Custom patterns, icons, or visual motifs to be used across church materials.
Brand Guidelines: A clear and concise document (Brand Book) explaining how to use the logo, colors, and typography correctly.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in branding and visual identity design (portfolio required).
Understanding of and respect for the cultural and religious sensitivity involved in a project for a Catholic institution.
Ability to balance traditional religious symbols with clean, modern design aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills in English or Brazilian Portuguese.
