Registering as franchisor in Brazil

Need to register my Dutch business as a franchisor in Brazil.

From my research done, that means registering with the BPTO and creating a Circular de Oferta de Franquia (sort of franchise pre-contract).

I already agreed with a party in Brazil (Sao Paulo) to become the franchisee, and have the franchise contract ready that we want to sign. I will send it to you when I accept you for this job.

- I can provide the information for the Franchise Offering Circular in English.

- Need you to guide through the registration at BPTO and/or do it for me.

- Looking for someone who has done this process at least once already.

Besides the costs of this assignment I need to know what the costs are for registering at BPTO.

More about my (social) business: ShopDonation redistribute commercial profits to social causes. When people use our affiliate links to shop somewhere, we share the commission we receive with the chosen cause of the consumer. Like that we provide free donations to the good in society. We have build this system in the Netherlands and are now expanding to other countries. It's all expensive enough and because we give more than half of what we earn to social projects, we don't have big budgets to pay someone 100$+ per hour. Please provide me with a reasonable offer and we'll be happy to use your services in the future as well.
