Remote construction Estimator

The Remote Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed, and competitive cost estimates for landscape construction projects based on design plans, specifications, and client-provided site data.

Working closely with the sales team, designers, and operations staff, the Estimator supports the pre-construction process by:

Reviewing 2D and 3D designs, drawings, and photos to assess scope
Performing digital quantity takeoffs using plans, measurements, and site info
-Sourcing and pricing materials, subcontractors, and equipment as needed
-Preparing itemized estimates and formal proposals for client presentation
-Collaborating with the sales team to ensure pricing aligns with design intent and budget
-Assisting with revisions and value engineering options where applicable
-Supporting project handoff by clearly outlining scope and cost assumptions for operations

This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, or similar), and a solid understanding of landscape construction techniques—without the need for physical site presence.
