1) 200pixel X 200pixel  (1 x banner)
2) 1200pixel X 800 pixel (1 x banner)
3) 1200pixel X 350 pixel (1 x main banner)
4) 600pixel X 3300 pixel (2 X promo banner)
5) 248 pixel X 158 pixel (1 x FB banner)
