The purpose of the project was to develop a web application that runs on raspberry pi for displaying the car plate numbers and speed in the LED display. I have used Django, Postgresql, and Celery, RabbitMQ for it. When the LPR camera detects the car, then I have received the info via ajax post request with its ip address, and send them to the display board and displayed it. In the web application, it saves the plate number and speed info to the DB, and start/stop the service for it, and also shows the LiveView, and so on.
