Preciso de um robo escrito em php , parametrizado onde posso informar a url a ser acessada estabelecimento, usuario , senha, tipo de consulta a ser realizada e fazer o download da consulta em xml ou csv.

Se não for parametrizado é só indicar onde alterar quando mudar o site que eu faço as alterações.
