Senior Blockchain & Web3 Developer for Decentralized P2p Crypto Platform

We are seeking experienced Senior Blockchain and Web3 Developers to join our team in building a fully decentralized P2P platform. This platform will enable users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies with cash using their preferred payment methods. We require candidates with over 3 years of hands-on experience in Smart Contract development and Web3 technologies. The role involves working on the core architecture and implementation of the decentralized exchange. We are looking for individuals proficient in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) in addition to their blockchain expertise. This position offers flexibility for both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (5-20 hours per week) engagement.
