Senior Revit Draftsman Freelance

### The Opportunity

We are seeking a **Senior Draftsman with extensive BIM/Revit experience** to work on complex technical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing technical drawings, advanced 3D modeling, and comprehensive technical documentation in Revit, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating Revit families, technical details, and project technicalization. Experience with the phases of the **RIBA Plan of Work** or similar standards is highly valued.

### Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- At least 6 years of experience as a draftsman on executive projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with solid skills in project technicalization.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering detailed project documentation, from 3D modeling to construction drawings.
- Familiarity with bim standards and applicable iso regulations.
- Up-to-date documentation for invoicing as a freelancer.

**Valuable to Have:**

- Experience with the phases of the **RIBA Plan of Work**.
- Experience in automating workflows with **Dynamo**.
- Familiarity with complementary tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360, or Enscape.
