We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Static Creative Designer with expertise in beauty and skincare eCommerce brands. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of premium beauty branding, high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad creatives, editorial-style layouts, luxury visual direction, direct-response psychology, and clean typography and composition. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of beauty and skincare audience targeting. The primary responsibilities will include creating compelling static ad creatives for various campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, product launches, and testing new angles and hooks for beauty and skincare campaigns. The goal is to produce creatives that are premium, native, modern, emotional, and conversion-focused. Key requirements for this position include: Fluency in Spanish is a must. Proven experience in creating creatives for beauty, skincare, or fashion brands. A strong portfolio showcasing static ad designs. A deep understanding of direct response marketing principles. Excellent communication skills for fast and efficient collaboration. Exceptional taste in design and branding. Bonus points will be given to candidates with: Experience working with Shopify brands. An understanding of Meta Ads performance metrics. Experience in adapting and optimizing winning competitor creatives. Knowledge of AI tools relevant to design is a plus.
