Shels Rivera - Part-Time Marketing Manager for Online Kitesurfing Workation destination business

Seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join me as a Part-Time Marketing Manager for our online business, a workation destination for kitesurfers and sports enthusiasts in Paracas, Peru.  We rent apartments by the day, week and month to kiters, triathletes, and in general like-minded sporty people and families.

I am looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) person with experience in running ad campaigns, targeting kitesurfers, moving our name around in kitesurfing groups, etc. We have never advertised before. We have just started putting reals on Instagram and improving it. We are growing in terms of the apartments we offer, and want our marketing to help bring in more business.

Things I would be interested in the marketing manager to do:
- run and analize social media and google ads
- improve website SEO - right now we arent appearing easily in google.
- Be active in kitesurfing and triathlete groups on fb, informing about this new opportunity
- get in contact with different kite influencers to offer exchanges - we can offer housing in exchange for content creation
- would like to increase reach through launching in vrbo, and other similar webs.

Project:
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including social media ads, Google AdWords, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content and SEO improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Create new venues for revenue - vrbo, for example and other similar sites.

Requirements:
- experience required in digital marketing.
- Spanish and English
- Additional plus: added plus if candidate is a kitesurfer, or a triathlete, or lives in Peru.
