Vou montar um site que "Enriquece" uma base de upada pelo cliente no site com telefones possíveis para contato com aquele determinado CPF.

É Importante ter a opção de a pessoa carregar um txt em um Layout pré determinado e também uma opção avulsa onde ele pesquise os telefones de apenas 1 CPF.

O Pagamento deverá ocorrer por meio de crédito no site (não sei, pode ser pagamento por paypal ou então por Pagseguro ou outros meios)

Eu prezo muito pela PRATICIDADE e pelo designe clean, sem muitas propagandas e muito fácil de mexer.
