Skilled Youtube Video Editor for Business & Finance Educational Content

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor to transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos. Our content primarily consists of 4 to 10-minute "talking head" style educational videos focused on business and finance. Your goal will be to maintain viewer retention by pacing the edit perfectly, adding clean visual aids, and ensuring high production value. This is an ongoing, part-time contract role with a consistent stream of weekly content for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
- A-Roll Editing: Clean up raw footage (cut out dead space, filler words, stuttering) to create a sharp, fast-paced, and natural narrative flow.
- Visual Enhancements: Strategically inject a tasteful amount of relevant B-roll, screenshots, or stock footage to break up the talking-head segments.
- Motion Graphics: Create and implement clean, minimalist on-screen graphics (e.g., Lower thirds, bullet-point pop-ups, key metric callouts, and subtle transitions).
- Captions & Kinetic Text: Add engaging, stylized on-screen captions or titles for emphasis on key takeaways (full-video captions are not required).

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven portfolio editing YouTube videos, specifically in the business, corporate, finance, or educational niches.
- Software: Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Style: Clean, professional, and modern. We prefer a sophisticated look rather than hyper-active, "over-edited" gaming style content.
- Communication: Reliable, responsive, and open to feedback and constructive revisions.
- Deadlines: Ability to deliver the first draft within 48–72 hours of receiving raw assets.

Project Details:
- Video Length: 4–10 minutes finished length.
- Volume: Consistent weekly content.
- Workflow: We will provide raw footage, an outline/script, and branding assets.
