Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

About Us:

We are a growing real estate team looking for a creative, bilingual (English/Spanish) indispensable to be fluent in Spanish and English individual to join us immediately as a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist with strong skills in YouTube Channel creation and management. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in marketing and design and learn about real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

YouTube Account Management:

Design and create content for our YouTube channel, including video editing.

Social Media Management:

Develop and manage social media accounts (fb, ig, tiktok, linkedin, youtube).

Create, design, and post content, including graphics, captions, and reels.

Edit and publish engaging reels and videos for social media platforms.

Internal Marketing:

Support marketing efforts for buyer, seller, and landlord presentations, webinars, and seminars.

Create marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, and testimonials.

Assist with marketing for clients before and after transactions.

General Marketing Assistance:

Help with creating and maintaining monthly reports, client communications, and advertising strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Proficiency in social media platforms (fb, fb marketplace, ig, tiktok, linkedin and youtube).

Strong skills in design (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing (CapCut or another video editing program).

Eager to learn, coachable, and open to feedback.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Passion for marketing, design, and real estate.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with platforms like Asana, Trello, Chat gpt, fub, and google suite is a plus.
