About this project

Open

We are building a hospitality business across East Africa and looking for one design partner to build it with us.
We spent years developing high-end real estate across East Africa. We know the land, the opportunities, and how deals get done on the ground. Now we are entering a new chapter — premium eco-lodges and resort development — one of the most lucrative opportunities in African hospitality right now.
We are based in England. Our projects are across East Africa. We work remotely, move fast, and operate on trust.
Our first two sites are in the Maasai Mara. Two further sites are progressing in the Serengeti. We are in active discussions with international hotel groups for operations and are ready to start on the ground. All units are prefabricated — manufactured globally, assembled on-site. The design partner's role is purely concept, masterplanning, and building a coherent design language across the portfolio. Less drawing. More thinking.
We also have an established network of landowners, investors, and clients across East Africa sitting on exceptional sites. As those conversations mature, we bring our design partner in — concepts, feasibility layouts, early-stage visuals. Each project is assessed on its own terms, but the structure is consistent: profit participation rather than traditional fees.
This is a partnership built around shared success. The design partner participates in project profits, starting with the Mara and structured case by case across the wider portfolio. This is a founding role — not a commission, not a one-off. It is a seat at the table.
We are not looking for a large studio. We are looking for someone commercially minded, comfortable with prefab systems, and genuinely excited by East Africa.
Reach out. A short video call is all it takes to know if we are aligned.
