Structural Analysis for Double Storey House Renovation in Ampang

I am seeking experienced structural engineer to perform a structural analysis for a double-storey house renovation project located in Ampang.

The house measures 22ft x 70ft. The concern in hand involves the reduction of a ground beam from 2.5ft to 0.5 ft. Additionally, two main columns will be removed. Concrete rc slab (brc and concrete type 30) is used in the middle to support existing ground floor.

The primary objective of this analysis is to ensure that the proposed structural modifications meet all minimum regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Require structural analysis whether the house integrity would hold as per safety and Malaysian civil standards.

Strong expertise in structural analysis software and practical site experience with similar renovation projects are essential for this role.
