Systems Engineer / Excel Expert for Financial Tracking & Reporting Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer and Excel Expert to significantly optimize our internal financial tracking and reporting processes. Our current system involves managing large volumes of operational data that require manual structuring, which often leads to errors and administrative delays. We need a professional to streamline these operations, enhance data integrity, and provide robust reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for several key deliverables:

Database Restructuring: The project requires a thorough cleaning, normalization, and migration of existing historical data into an organized and efficient relational schema. This will form the foundation for accurate and automated processes.

Automation (VBA/Macros): Develop custom UserForms within Excel to facilitate seamless and error-free data entry. This includes integrating automated calculation triggers to ensure real-time accuracy and reduce manual intervention.

Interactive Dashboard: Create a dynamic and intuitive visual dashboard to monitor key financial and operational metrics. This dashboard should effectively display key performance indicators (KPIs), track income and expenses, and visualize operational timelines, providing clear insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or have equivalent verified experience in relevant fields.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including extensive experience with VBA programming and a strong understanding of relational data logic, is essential.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within strict timelines, coupled with transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ability to document the developed system with a concise user manual for final delivery, ensuring ease of use and future maintainability.
