We’re looking for a skilled Technical CAD Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote role, ideal for someone who understands (or is eager to learn about) low-voltage systems and wants steady, long-term work.
You’ll be responsible for creating and refining 2D CAD drawings used in real-world installations—focusing on quality, style, and technical accuracy.

Responsibilities
Produce 2D drawings for telecom, AV, security, and structured cabling systems
Interpret sketches, redlines, and verbal instructions
Create and place device symbols, legends, callouts, and elevation views
Maintain visual quality using clean line weights, hatches, and annotations
Organize layouts and sheet sets for presentation and construction
Collaborate with the team using shared files and markup tools

Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software
Strong eye for presentation, detail, and drawing layout
Self-driven, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
Good written communication skills
Experience with low-voltage or electrical drafting is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate

Work Schedule & Compensation
Full-time (Remote)
Flexible hours with required availability from 8 AM – 12 PM Eastern Time
Monthly pay based on experience and location
No weekend work required
Paid holidays and 2 weeks of vacation, including paid time off between Christmas and New Year’s
Internet stipend provided
Profit sharing available after year one if company goals are met
