Technical Communication Specialist for Software Engineering Team

We are seeking a Technical Communication Specialist with strong knowledge of software engineering concepts and excellent communication skills. This role focuses on facilitating technical discussions, supporting engineering-related communication, and helping translate complex technical information into clear and understandable messages.

The ideal candidate can understand software development processes, backend systems, cloud technologies, and technical requirements, and can effectively communicate technical solutions, project updates, and engineering discussions with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Technical Communication Support
Participate in technical discussions related to software engineering projects and technical opportunities.
Communicate software engineering concepts, system designs, and technical approaches clearly.
Understand technical requirements and help connect business needs with engineering solutions.
Explain software development practices, backend systems, cloud technologies, and engineering workflows.
Support teams by helping communicate technical information clearly and facilitating effective collaboration.

- Project Communication
Participate in software development project meetings and technical discussions.
Communicate project status, technical updates, and development progress between engineering teams and stakeholders.
Help bridge communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Document technical discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions.

- Qualifications
Understanding of software engineering concepts, backend systems, cloud technologies, or software development processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience in software engineering, technical support, consulting, project coordination, or technology-related communication is a plus.
