Technical Support for Online Trainings & Retreats (Part-time | Remote Collaboration)

We are looking for a digital collaborator to support both our team and our clients during their journey with us—through online trainings, retreats, and conscious experiences.

You won’t be managing our entire tech stack, but you will be an essential part of making it all work—with clarity, care, and a touch of elegance.

Your Role Will Include:
* Kajabi – responding to client questions and ensuring their user experience is smooth and supported (access, login, navigation)
* Zoom – assisting clients and team with session access, recordings, and connection issues
* CRM System – supporting our internal flow: creating sales funnels, automating messages, and helping solve technical challenges as they arise

Skills We’re Looking For:
* Confidence using Kajabi, CRM systems, and Zoom
* Ability to communicate technical steps in a simple, warm, and clear way
* Basic knowledge of sales funnels and automation tools
* A proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
* Patience, presence, and attention to detail
* Comfort working independently and remotely
* Kindness and empathy—especially when clients feel lost or frustrated

This is a part-time, remote collaboration.
You’ll be working closely with a kind, present team, in a space that values trust, care, and deep respect for each person’s journey.
