Functions: Traffic Manager
1. Creation and Management of Ad Campaigns
Account Creation on Platforms:
Responsible for creating accounts on major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Nextdoor Ads.
May require support from the Project and Client Manager.

Tagging and Initial Configurations:
Properly apply tags on websites for tracking conversions and ad KPIs.

Ad Structure Creation:
Develop and set up campaigns on Google Ads (title copy, descriptions, and extensions) and Meta Ads (text copy, title, description, and videos).
Ensure all ads are created based on keyword and competitor research.

2. Research and Documentation
Documentation of Keywords and Ad Types:
Document relevant keywords and ad performance in Google's search network using ClickUp, keeping "setups" ready.
Use tools like SEMRush to study and update keywords in campaigns.

Competitor Analysis:
Analyze competitors using tools like SpyAds to monitor and adjust campaigns based on competitor performance.

3. Campaign Optimization and Analysis
Recurring Campaign Analysis:
Check the performance of campaigns on the company’s ad platforms daily, following the schedule.
Regularly optimize campaigns based on predefined KPIs: leads, cost per conversion, CTR, clicks, impressions, and frequency.

Identification of Saturated Videos:
Monitor video frequency on Meta Ads, and if the frequency is above 1.5, request new videos from the Project and Client Manager and VideoMaker via ClickUp and Gather.

Validation of Excellent Ads on Google Ads:
Ensure all Google Ads meet the "excellent" rating, following platform best practices.

4. Bulk Campaign Upload
Mass Campaign Structure Upload:
Use Google Ads Editor to create and upload campaigns in bulk, ensuring all campaigns are properly configured and optimized.

Responsibilities: Traffic Manager
1. Monitoring and Reporting
Spreadsheet Updates:
Regularly update spreadsheets with performance data, ensuring accuracy.

Demand Monitoring:
Complete all assigned tasks in ClickUp and Gather, ensuring deadlines are met and campaign adjustments are made as required.

Budget Management:
Monitor and ensure campaigns never exceed the client’s defined budget, making adjustments as needed for optimization.

2. Collaboration and Communication
Collaboration with Video Team and Project and Client Manager:
Request new videos or creatives from the VideoMaker and Project and Client Manager as needed for each client and maintain constant communication via ClickUp and Gather.

Failure or Delay Notifications:
Notify the Project Manager and CEO if there are onboarding or campaign delays, especially if a company has been in onboarding for more than two weeks without campaign launch.

Continuous Trend Study:
Stay updated on new strategies and trends in the advertising market to apply best practices to ongoing campaigns.

3. Validation and Quality
Ad Quality:
Ensure all ads maintain high quality by validating performance and adjusting creatives to improve CTR, leads, and other key metrics.

Meta Ads:
Set up relevant kpi columns (leads, cost/conv., ctr, frequency, clicks, impressions) and optimize based on these indicators.

Other Key Metrics:

Connect Rate: Percentage of users who clicked and viewed the landing page.
Number of users who viewed the appointment page ("appointment").
Number of users who actually confirmed the appointment ("confirmed").
Google Ads:
Check and optimize the landing page experience of ads, ensuring it provides a good user experience and improves ad quality scores.
