•    The need for business continuity plan to ensure sustainability during any time
•    To assist companies to be in line with the UN Sustainable Goals Development (SDG)
•    To ensure that business sustainability is driven by top management and a proper strategic plan is delivered to all levels within the organization.

Project overview

Taking into account the recent Covid-19 scenario, many businesses went through hardship as they were not prepared for the worst scenario. • Assisting SMEs to be bulletproof and to create an entrepreneur mindset to find opportunity in every challenge • To develop a creative mind thinking plan for the entire organization • To ensure top management see long term objectives and not short-term wins.
