Use of extractor to find specific emails

I have significant background in marketing in foreign countries but my technical skills are almost non existent.  My website is  www.keepitsimplestupidmarketing.com  and that may give you a better idea of who I am.
I am seeking a way to marketing first finding the emails of parties using a specific keyword.... An example would be "persons needing a car repainted" or "persons seeking a competent hairdresser in my area"  or  "people seeing a dentist in the Remer, MN area"   

utilizing this I build up a significant number of people looking for specific talens or items.... Then I can approach them with a recommendation of someone who fits their needs specifically.  This allows me to get prospects who are looking to increase their volume and market share but is a different twist ( and a good one ) on marketing.  It is an excellent way to approach potential clients with customers that need exactly what the client has.  AND no one else is doing it.  I have been trying to set up using an extractor but the details and descriptions for setup are almost impossible for me to follow. 
And I have already contacted end users who would love to have potential buyers who are already qualified and seeking exactly what I am offering, namely buyers that have already indicated that they wayt what they have.  no one else is doing this.
The extractor that I purchased is too complex for me to setup and I have zero technical skills.  It should be simple but not for me.     
I am looking for someone who can handle this job and many more.  This s the first.
