I'm looking for a web designer who's familiar with Unbounce. That means there's no need  to code html nor css, but deep understanding about user experience and great usability. It's for working on landing pages that need to deliver conversions.

So a design/marketing mind will be useful.
The work involves working on landing pages a few hours a week with varying workloads. Some week we may need to create a whole new landing page and a few iterations, some other week might be quiet.
