Vape Schematic Design

Hi,
I'm looking for a hardware engineer to help me build a custom PCB from scratch for a small, pocket-sized consumer device.

Here is a quick overview of what the board needs to handle:
Size: Very small form factor (roughly 95 x 22 x 12 mm enclosure).
Power: USB-C charging, a user-replaceable battery, and hardware-level safety/thermal cutoffs.
Tech: Bluetooth (ble), a pressure/flow sensor for puff counting, an internal clock (rtc) for automated resets, and onboard data storage.
UI/Output: Regulated power to a heating coil and a simple LED status light.
I have a full, detailed requirements document ready to go and can send it over on request if you need more specifics to give an accurate quote.
