We are seeking a skilled freelancer to produce high-quality video and photo content during our academic immersion programs in the United States. The first program will take place in January 2026, covering two cities: New York City (January 21–23) and Washington D.C. (January 24–26). The second program will take place in Miami during two separate periods: June 9–13 and June 30–July 4.

We are looking for a modern and dynamic visual style, similar to the examples below:

Deliverables include:

Please include separate quotes for raw footage only and for edited final video.

One final video (approx. 1–2 minutes) with background music and subtitles

Daily short clips (Reels/Stories) for social media

A selection of edited high-resolution photos from each day

All raw footage and unedited photos for internal use

The freelancer must be available to travel with the team throughout the immersion and capture both institutional visits and spontaneous, candid moments that showcase the experience.

Project overview

Idp go is a global immersion program organized by idp, a top private educational institution in brazil. The 2026 edition will take students from the Law, International Relations, Business, and Economics programs on a curated learning journey through New York, Washington D.C., And Miami. Participants will visit major international institutions, law firms, and global financial centers. The content produced will be used for promotional and institutional purposes, aiming to showcase the program's quality, experience, and international reach. The Miami edition is part of the CBF Academy’s “CBF Masters – Football Executives” program (https://cbfacademy.com.br/master/gestores-do-futebol), and targets professionals working in football management and governance. It brings together top names in the sports industry for high-level training, networking, and immersion in the business side of global football. The content produced will be used for promotional, institutional, and internal purposes, showcasing the quality and impact of both programs.
