Video Editor Needed for Insta360x5 Footage Reframing and Labeling

360 Video Editor (Insta360 Studio) — Reframing, Keyframing & Asset Prep for YouTube

Project Summary:
I’m a YouTube travel creator filming on the Insta360 X5. I need an experienced editor who can take raw 360 footage and professionally reframe it into multiple shot types using Insta360 Studio. This footage will be used by my main editor to build full YouTube videos.

Scope of Work:
Your job will be to open each 360 clip in Insta360 Studio, apply keyframes to create multiple shot versions, export each version using my specified export settings, and organize them into labeled folders for editing.

Shot Types Required (each clip may have multiple versions):

Establishing — Very wide, horizon locked. Shows full environment to set the scene.

Master — Wide stabilized shot that frames the main subject and environment together.

Full — Full-body framing of the subject, head to toe.

Medium — Waist-up framing of the subject, maintaining good headroom.

Medium Close — Chest-up framing, slightly more intimate but still includes some background.

Close — Shoulders-up framing focused on facial expression or object detail.

Close Up — Tight detail on face, hands, or key subject matter for emphasis.

File Naming Template:

[ClipNumber]_[ShotType].mp4

Example: Clip001_MediumClose.mp4

No spaces, leading zeroes for clip numbers, consistent casing.

Required Skills:

Proficiency with Insta360 Studio (desktop version)

Strong understanding of reframing, shot composition & keyframing

High attention to detail for labeling, file management, and organization

Good communication and ability to follow SOPs

Deliverables:

Multiple reframed versions of each clip, properly labeled

All files delivered via cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Quick turnaround once raw files are delivered

This will be ongoing work if the first project goes well.

Budget:
Open to hourly or fixed-price proposals depending on experience.
