Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web3 Developer to join our dynamic team and take a leading role in the development of our initial wallet project. As a Senior Web3 Developer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of decentralized finance by creating innovative solutions that prioritize security, usability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Web3 solutions for our wallet application.
Develop and maintain smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other blockchain-related components.
Implement secure wallet functionalities, including key management, transaction processing, and interaction with various blockchain networks.
Optimize performance and scalability of Web3 components to ensure a smooth user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and integrate relevant features into our products.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high code quality standards are met throughout the development process.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (X years) developing Web3 applications and smart contracts on Ethereum or other blockchain platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and cryptographic principles.
Experience with Web3 libraries/frameworks (e.g., Web3.js, ethers.js, Truffle, Hardhat).
Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS) and off-chain data management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with blockchain interoperability protocols (e.g., Polkadot, Cosmos).
Knowledge of decentralized identity (Did) standards (e.g., erc-725, erc-735).
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or participation in relevant communities.
Experience working with cryptographic libraries and secure coding practices.
