Web Application Design and Coding for an Mvp

Hi guys, I need someone to design and develop a beautiful and responsive web app MVP for my start-up.
The web app needs to have the following:
1) Great, simple and clean design. (I will provide the color palette of the brand, and some design lineaments)
2) A payment mechanism to accept credit and debit cards
3) Profile creation capabilities in the website  ( 2 kinds of profiles: sellers and buyers)
a) One profile for buyers that makes easy for them to see their previous orders.
B) One profile for sellers that makes easy for them to upload new products, modify them, upload photos and modify different price configurations for their products)
4) An interactive home page displaying the different categories, the concept explanation and capable of letting customer scroll down to see different products by categories.

5) A recruiting process/form for people wanting to become sellers consisting in a 4-5 steps form.
Store functionalities:
a) I need the internal functionality to easily move products into different positions and categories in the home page and to easily move each product position/displaying in the website.
B) I want the website to be capable of remembering and displaying previously bought or viewed products by customers.

C) I need to be able to display an individual page for each category and internally create the page when needed. (We need the page template)

In total we estimate that we need the design and code of 6 responsive "template pages" + the payment process ( around 3 steps) + the "Become a seller form (around 5 steps)
