We are a startup located in Moscow, Russia. We need a small to medium website for our branding and marketing. The right person should possess the following skills.

Required:
- PSD design, familiar with sketch, Zeplin
- Design thinking deeply, Creative design.
- Wireframe design from small material
Not must but big plus
- html, css
- ability to convert psd, sketch to html mockup
