What the deliverable is:
R code to download scraped data from website. Data should dowload in CSV format.
Website is generated with PHP and needs to have user select year, month and day from dropdown and then  click on button to generate output.
Thus code should get values from user in order to provide to website.
The scraping will not be automated, instead it will happen on demand (when executing code)
