To develop website for online trading platform for Commodities, starting with marine fuels of different specifications. The e-commerce  website shall charge credits and therefore must be reliable and stable to allow members to join and thereafter bid as buyers and sellers to offer. The platform must be able to contain data of marine vessels, ports of supply, the different products, grades, quantity, dates of fixtures, dates of supply, contacts, company details, starting with one place and thereafter expanding over time.
A messaging box shall  enable both buyer and seller to communicate. Credits to be purchased, and when pages are purchased for company profiles.
