We need to create a sales agent (connected to my data base of product prices) and he should be able to advise and give info prices. After that, if the client wants, agent must be able to book an appointment in google calendar, send a link for the payment to confirm the appointment send to the client a reminder 3 hours before the appointment, and one day after the appointment ask for feedback.
