Wine label

I have a small home vineyard and make wine for friends and family. I make mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, though some years I might do a Merlot blend. The label has to have the folksinging attributes:
Name:      Ridgecrest Cellars
Logo:        Building - a minimalist rendering from a photograph, attached.

Border:    Greek Key borders on the sides
Varietal:  Cabernet Sauvignon
Year:        Design a sticker (and space) for Year which I will add  so the label can be used over      multiple years. Alternatively, no Year on label, can add a bottle neck label with year.
Location:  Ayer Vineyard, Santa Cruz Mountains    California
The label is a slightly tapered one, multiple labels to a sheet.

Have attached a sample that I did, but I need this cleaned up and rendered print ready.
