Workflow automation tools

I’m looking for a web developer to implement an **input system** on my website where clients can submit **work orders**. The system should automatically notify all relevant parties via **SMS and email** whenever a new work order is created. 

Additionally, on the day the job is scheduled, all involved parties should receive an **automated reminder notification** (sent early in the morning). 

Finally, the system should allow the assigned crew to **mark jobs as completed** and trigger a confirmation notification (via email and text) once the cleaning is done. 

**Key Features Needed:** 
✔ Client-facing work order submission form 
✔ Automated SMS & email notifications (new orders & reminders) 
✔ Completion status updates with email/text confirmations
