We are a young, multicultural team, with professional experts in their areas and with well-defined roles. We have documented procedures through audio and video so you can train in a few days.
Roles include but not limited to the following:
- Talent Acquisition
- Creation of HR materials
- Updating of HR records
- Communicating HR initiatives and programs to the team
- Organizing company-wide gathering/activities (i.e. team building)
- Coordinating with team members all around the world for HR activities/announcement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's graduate preferably HR, communications, behavioral science
- Experience in HR is an advantage
- Communication skills
- Basic knowledge in Canva, asana, slack
- Team player, open-minded, innovative, productive, accountable
- knowledge in the Spanish Language is a plus (conversational level)
