Power bi report refinement and improvement

I have already developer de PowerBI report i need but there some features that i don't know how to implement and so i am looking for a consultant that can help me ending the job.
thing to do are:
1) modify dropdown combos so when a filter is active background color becomes yellow and the whole combo hides if it contains only an element to choose
2) i would like to hide the powerbi online interface whem showing the report to let my colleagues easier to access it
3) i have to add a report to print starting from a list selection (specs following once choosen the consultant)
