My pro goal is to become a long term leader and change agent. Specially, at those organizations whose main assets are their human resources, HR practices that effectively add value to business and the Organizational development throughout People Career and Talent Development.
Since 2002 to the present, I have worked as an HR Project, Transitions & Change Manager at World Class companies that were in the need of designing or redesigning and then implement cultural changes and / or HR policies and procedures, regarding different contexts.
Throughout my career I have had the responsibility to manage directly 9 employees distributed around the world: Argentina, USA, England, Colombia, Costa Rica and Chile.
Additionally, I have worked as an HR Consultant & Advisor for National & Multinational Companies at every issue related with People Care, Training, Development, Recruiting and Labor Relations.
