I have a Ph.D. in Food Sciences and Technology from UPV (Valencia, Spain) and 10+ years of professional experience in research/evaluation and scientific writing/editing.
I have worked within non-profit, for profit and academic environments. A rigorous and responsible researcher, I will carry out all of your research needs with accuracy, efficiency, and elegance. I've worked on national and international projects managed by several Research Institutes. I have strong knowledge of research methodologies as well as the ability to design, manage and evaluate studies. I posted 23 scientific articles on international journals, 4 articles on specialized divulgation journals and also  I participated in 1 book chapter writing and 16 congress communications.
I am able to problem-solve, multi-task and achieve goals in high pressure situations. I have outstanding communication skills and I pay close attention to my client's needs. I look forward to helping support the academic research, writing and editing needs of new clients here on Workana!
