Responsible for Lumileds Mexico sales forecast for both OEM and AM channels.
Lead the S&OP process in order to improve Lumileds Mexico Forecast accuracy
Coordinate the forecast development with Lumileds Supply Chain Global Team and factories.
Main Accomplishments:
-Improve of Forecast to Actual KPI, by keeping customer close contact and communication.
-Improve of planning of new customer sales expectations, new products, promotions, and forecast building.
-Define stock level per business line accordingly to AOP.

**Autoliv Steering Wheels Mexico, Jan 2012 – Feb 2016
*Demand Planner / Master Scheduler
Responsible of Master Production Scheduling & Demand Planning for 10 Ford´s Tier-one + 6 GM´s facilities in
USA and Mexico: 30 production lines and 120 FG part numbers.
Establish and execution of planning strategies & set up for Finish Goods.
Analysis and managing of the incoming demand, to define a weekly leveled production plan to fulfill.
Creation and execution of the MPS and the Resource planning
Following and reporting SQDCM, OTD, PEFF, SEFF & Inventory Level Metrics (OPIs).
Main Accomplishments:
-Improve of customer OTD to 98%, by supporting PEFF & SEFF with standardized work.
-Inventory reduction of USD$9M trough re-defining Inventory policy by FG part number.
-Increase 10% on PEFF by implementing leveling production schedules & improving Heijunka tools.
-Increase of customer satisfaction establishing strong communication & follow up tools & reports.

Responsible for the planning and replenishment of 450 direct raw material part numbers from Mexico, USA,
England & China, with above of 98% of On Time Delivery.

Management and improve of the flow of material process w/ International Suppliers.
Main Accomplishments:
-Inventory reduction of US$12M trough re-defining Inventory policy by RM part number.
-Increase inventory turns from 25 to 31 by increasing shipping frequency with local suppliers.
-Improve of materials flow efficiency by implementing effective planning follow up tools & reports.
