I led the project that involved market solution application. Also, I coordinated comparative tests of audience engagement between editorial and automatically based on behavior content. The solution was deployed in specific areas on the main pages of newspapers' websites, generating a combination of edited and automatic content. Less work for the newsroom, without loss in audience.

Digital renewal - nine newspapers of the Grupo RBS

I planned and coordinated the migration to new CMS IT and digital renewal every other newspaper in the RBS Group, after the release of Zero Hora newspaper. Also, I coached the newsrooms and commercial areas of each paper.

I led the project and, also, I built product strategy for the adoption the digital content paid model, called paywall, to the newspapers in the Grupo RBS. I identified the opportunity, along with the technical team, and promoted the change in the decision from the use a market solution to an internal development. A leaner solution launched faster with lower cost. The solution was adopted and implemented in six of nine Grupo RBS newspapers.

Digital renewal of the Zero Hora newspaper and new CMS

The major digital renovation project of newspapers of the Grupo RBS company that had its first phase completed in 2011 with the launch of the new website, mobile site and apps of Zero Hora brand and the first phase of the new CMS (content management system). I built the product strategy of the CMS and the website, managed the development and coordinated the operation areas. The CMS became the operating base of all digital products for the newspapers and radios brands of the company. Successful case in the agile methodologies adoption with a staff of almost 20 people

Managed the project of development and deployment of clicRBS media center and the management tool for audios and videos, for all digital products of the newspapers and radios of the Grupo RBS company.
